In the context of professional equality, the law requires companies to publish the results of the gender equality index, calculated from various indicators.

The criteria imposed by law for companies with more than 250 employees are the following:

1-The gender pay gap, calculated from the average of women's pay compared to men's, by age group and category of equivalent positions.

2. The difference in the rate of individual salary increases not corresponding to promotions between women and men.

3. The difference in promotion rates between women and men.

4. The percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year they returned from maternity leave, if raises occurred during the period in which the leave was taken.

5. The number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest paid employees.

The results of the index calculations do not allow us to determine a score out of 100 for FERRY-CAPITAIN.
